Refund policy

WeWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note that due to the nature of our export products, wewe are unable to offer returns. Below is our updated return and refund policy:

Non-returnable Items

As our products are exported, we wecannot accept returns on any items. We highly recommend checking your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at vivian.deng198@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
In the event of a defective or incorrect item, we will notify you once wewe’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund is approved. If a refund is authorized, it will be processed within 10 business days. However, please be aware that the refund process may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post.
